Deposits

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits for cancelled reservations will be refunded in full with a 30 day or more notice. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit all deposit monies. If we are able to re-book the lodging, we will refund the deposit or apply it to lodging at a later date. At Headhunters, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to canceled trips, and we reserve the right to make refund decisions on a case by case basis.

No Smoking is allowed in any of the lodging facilities

Please remove wading boots before entering any of the lodging facilities

The pet policy varies by facility. Pet policies for each property are listed in the “details” section on its specific page. If you’re not sure, please inquire about pets when booking.

Clients will be required to sign the following lodging agreement at check-in.

We do not take new bookings more than a year in advance. We do this so clients that stay at a place one year have the opportunity to rebook the same days for the following year. We give the current clients one week from the time they check out to rebook for the next year. If the client does not rebook, that place is then available for other clients to book.

The following waiver will be sent to you electronically with your email confirmation, and can be signed electronically. If you don’t sign it beforehand, you will be asked to sign it at the shop when checking in.

HEADHUNTERS LODGING WAIVER

Thank you for booking your lodging through Headhunters LLC.  Please understand that private individuals with whom Headhunters LLC have an agreement own the rental properties. We need a person with your group to accept responsibility for the condition of the rental properties.

Please note that check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am.

You acknowledge receipt of keys and agree to return all sets to Headhunters LLC at the scheduled end of your group’s stay or incur a charge of $10 for each set of keys not returned.

You agree that no one in your group will smoke inside the property. Should Headhunters LLC find any evidence of inside smoking, you agree to be assessed a minimum charge of $150.00 or a dollar figure equal to the actual amount of damage caused, whichever is greater.

You agree that everyone in your group will change wading gear outside in the designated area and that no one will wear felt wading boots inside the property or cleats anywhere inside or on the decks.

Pets are not allowed in the following properties: BobKat Mountain Retreat & Motel, Brown Drake Lodge, Gate House, Hook Jaw Lodge, Missouri River Trout House, Spite Hill House, Tague’s Place, Ten & Two Lodge, The Refuge, Montana's Wolf Creek Lodge. If permission is given to allow a pet, please do not leave your pets unsupervised in the property and do not allow them on the furniture or beds. If a pet is left unattended in a property, or a pet is in a property that does not allow pets, a minimum fee of $100.00 will be charged or a dollar figure equal to the actual amount of damage caused. 

All the rentals are privately owned; the homeowners or Headhunters LLC are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners or Headhunters LLC are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Each property has a maximun number of guests allowed. You agree to not excede this number.

By signing this agreement, you have accepted sole and full responsibility for all damage to the lodging facility, its contents, and outside areas caused by anyone in your group. You agree to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and acknowledge that you will be charged for damage to the property, excessive cleaning and for items that are damaged or missing from the property. Property owners or appointee reserves the right to inspect the property at any reasonable time without notice.

To fulfill your obligation as the “Responsible Person” for your group, you agree to provide Headhunters LLC your credit card number, and you also give your advance approval to allow Headhunters LLC to charge your credit card for all charges assess by Headhunters LLC, in its sole discretion.

You agree that if there arises any dispute between you (or any member of your group) and Headhunters LLC or the homeowner you will be responsible for attorney fees and costs incurred by Headhunters LLC or the homeowner to resolve the dispute.
